Daily Program Flow

An intensive eight-hour training structured in three blocks: theory, workshop and shop-floor simulation.

Conceptual framework, formulation, definition of the Six Big Losses and calculation on a sample case.

Data Collection Design and Workshop

Preparing a data collection form and designing a visual management board. Small group exercises.

Shop-Floor Simulation and Analysis

OEE calculation, loss tree and prioritisation using real or simulated production data.

Action Plan and Assessment

Group presentations, action cards based on root cause analysis, and the closing session.
