About the Training

Why Kaizen and a Suggestion System?

Kaizen delivers lasting efficiency gains through the small daily improvements of every employee on the floor, without requiring large investment. A suggestion system captures and evaluates those ideas and lets the organisation become a learning one.

3 Kaizen types: Quick, Standard and Major Kaizen approaches
The continuous improvement cycle: every employee, every day, every process
%0 The share of shop-floor improvements that need no extra investment — knowledge and engagement are enough
1 Even an idea makes a difference — plants without a suggestion system lose that potential
