About the Training

Why KPI and Asakai?

What cannot be measured cannot be managed. A KPI system makes performance visible; Asakai turns that data into action every day on the floor through a short, focused meeting. Together they form the backbone of daily management discipline.

KPI Key Performance Indicator — choose the wrong one and management is flying blind
15' Asakai meeting length — a short, focused daily rhythm tied to action
Target deviations and delayed actions that stay invisible without a KPI tree
1 The visual board — the single point where the whole team looks at the same data and decides
